| LOANS HELD FOR SALE | LOANS HELD FOR SALE The composition of loans held for sale as of March 31, 2026 and December 31, 2025 was as follows:
Total loans held for sale included NPLs of $0.3 million as of March 31, 2026 and December 31, 2025. Refer to NOTE 7 – LOANS AND LEASES RECEIVABLE AND ALLOWANCE FOR CREDIT LOSSES ON LOANS AND LEASES for additional information on the transfer of other consumer installment loans, at fair value, from loans held for sale to held for investment during the the three months ended March 31, 2025.
