Subsequent events
On April 22, 2026, the Board of Directors announced a cash dividend for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, of $0.10 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend reflects an annual cash dividend rate of $0.40 per share, which was the same rate as the dividend declared during the previous quarter. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of May 15, 2026, and is expected to be paid on May 29, 2026. Greene County Bancorp, MHC intends to waive its receipt of this dividend.
Management has reviewed events from the date of the unaudited consolidated financial statements, and accompanying notes thereto, through the date of issuance, and determined that no subsequent events occurred requiring adjustment to or disclosure in these unaudited consolidated financial statements.
