Dividends
On January 21, 2026, the Company announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend reflects an annual cash dividend rate of $0.40 per share, which is the same rate as the dividend declared during the previous quarter. The dividend was payable to stockholders of record as of February 13, 2026, and was paid on February 27, 2026. Greene County Bancorp, MHC did not waive its right to receive this dividend.
