| Subsequent Events | 15. Subsequent Events Subsequent events have been evaluated through the date the condensed consolidated financial statements were issued. There have been no subsequent events that require recognition or disclosure through the date the condensed consolidated financial statements were issued, except as disclosed below and elsewhere in these condensed consolidated financial statements. In April 2026, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share of common stock to common stockholders of record at the close of business on May 18, 2026, payable on May 28, 2026.
