| Subsequent Events | 19. Subsequent Events Dividends On May 6, 2026, the Company declared a cash dividend of $0.5625 per share of common stock, which will be paid on May 29, 2026 to holders of record at the close of business on May 19, 2026. On May 6, 2026, the Company also declared and set aside for payment a cash dividend of $0.8438 per share of its Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, which will be paid on July 31, 2026 to holders of record at the close of business on July 15, 2026.
