| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events Dividend Declared on Common Stock On April 22, 2026, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per common share. The dividend will be paid on or about May 15, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 8, 2026.
