8.COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Commitments The Company may enter into investment commitments through executed credit agreements or commitment letters. In many circumstances, for executed commitment letters, borrower acceptance and final terms are subject to transaction-related contingencies. The Company may itself commit, or commit alongside one or more other Accounts, to issue standby letters of credit in connection with an investment or it may commit to fund an investment whereby one of the Accounts has committed to issue standby letters of credit (each of the Company or the Account, acting in such capacity in issuing such standby letters of credit, an “LC Issuer”). In the event a letter of credit is funded, the LC Issuer or its designee would be obligated under the terms of the relevant credit agreement to fund a portion of the letter of credit, for a period of time, on behalf of the Accounts that also have a commitment to the investment. The Accounts are obligated to reimburse the LC Issuer or its designee as defined in the relevant credit agreement. As of March 31, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the Company has committed to fund letters of credit of $5,478 on behalf of the Accounts. As of March 31, 2026, the Company believed that it had adequate financial resources to satisfy its unfunded commitments. The Company had the following unfunded commitments by investment types:
