| Segment Reporting | 16. Segment Reporting The Company has determined that it operates and is managed as one operating segment on a consolidated basis and its Chief Executive Officer is the CODM (see Part II, Item 8 of our 2025 Form 10-K). The Company’s CODM is regularly provided with research and development expenses, sales and marketing expenses, general and administrative expenses and total assets. The Company’s segment performance measure is net income (loss), which is used by our CODM when assessing performance and allocating capital and resources to our business. The CODM uses total revenues and operating results, predominantly in the strategic plan, annual operating plan and quarterly forecast review processes. During these processes, the CODM considers budget-to-actual variances to evaluate both internal (e.g., changes in selling prices, strategic growth investments, productivity, business mix, newly acquired/divested businesses, etc.) and external (e.g., inflation, foreign currency, etc.) events and conditions.
