Recent Accounting Changes and Pronouncements In November 2024, the Financial Accounting Standards Board ("FASB") issued Accounting Standards Update ("ASU") No. 2024-03, "Income Statement - Reporting Comprehensive Income - Expense Disaggregation Disclosures (Subtopic 224-40): Disaggregation of Income Statement Expense." The amendments in this ASU require public companies to disclose more information about their expenses in their financial statements. The ASU is effective for annual periods beginning after December 15, 2026 and interim periods with annual reporting periods beginning after December 15, 2027. Early adoption is permitted. The Company is evaluating the impact the adoption of this ASU will have on its consolidated financial statements. |
