| Related Parties | Related Parties Retention of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. Larry W. Sonsini, a member of the Company’s board of directors, is a founding partner of the law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. (Wilson Sonsini), which serves as outside corporate counsel to the Company. During the three months ended March 31, 2026 and 2025, the Company spent $0.4 million and $0.9 million, respectively, with Wilson Sonsini. Amounts payable to Wilson Sonsini were $0.2 million as of both March 31, 2026 and December 31, 2025.
