We are engaged as Singapore legal counsel to WEBUY GLOBAL LTD (the “Company”), a company incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands, in connection with the Company’s Form F-1 filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”), including all amendments or supplements thereto (the “Registration Statement”), under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended from time to time (the “Securities Act”) in relation to a resale by Dogwood Partners of up to US$20,000,000 of Class A ordinary shares, together with 200,000 Class A ordinary shares, par value $0.0000462 per share of WEBUY GLOBAL LTD.
