| SEGMENT REPORTING AND RELATED INFORMATION | SEGMENT REPORTING AND RELATED INFORMATION The Company has identified its President and Chief Executive Officer as its Chief Operating Decision Maker (the "CODM"). The CODM regularly reviews consolidated financial information for the purposes of evaluating performance, allocating resources, setting incentive compensation targets, and planning and forecasting for future periods. In alignment with how the CODM reviews performance and makes decisions in managing the Company, the Company has determined that it operates as a single operating segment. The Company has identified consolidated net income (loss) as the measure of segment profitability. The significant expenses and other segment expenses presented to the CODM are at the same level as presented in the Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations.
