Note 7. Commitments and Contingencies

From time to time, the Company enters into certain types of contracts that contingently require it to indemnify various parties against claims from third parties and the Company may be involved in litigation related to claims that arise in the ordinary course of its business activities. The Company accrues for these matters when it is probable that future expenditures will be made and these expenditures can be reasonably estimated. As of March 31, 2026, the Company has not accrued any contingent liabilities related to indemnification obligations or litigation, and management is not aware of any proceedings that we believe will have, individually or in the aggregate, a material adverse effect on our business, financial condition, or results of operations.
