| Disposal Groups, Including Discontinued Operations, Disclosure | Sale of GES Following approval by our Board of Directors, on July 31, 2024, we entered into a definitive agreement and closed on the sale of 100% of the equity interests in GES to Averna Test Systems, Inc., resulting in cash proceeds after costs to sell of $18.5 million at the time of closing.
