PUBLIC OFFERING	NOTE 3. PUBLIC OFFERING Pursuant to the Initial Public Offering on February 14, 2025, the Company sold 22,000,000 Units, which includes the partial exercise by the underwriter of its over-allotment option in the amount of 2,000,000 Units, at a purchase price of $10.00 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one Class A Share, one right entitling the holder thereof to receive one-tenth (1/10) of one Class A Share upon the consummation of an initial business combination and one Contingent Right to receive a pro rata share of the Distributable Shares, concurrently with the forfeiture by Sponsor of an equal number of Founder Shares.
