| RESTRUCTURING | RESTRUCTURING In connection with the Company’s plan to simplify its organizational design and strategic initiatives, the Company committed to plans in the first quarter of 2026 to reduce its global workforce. These reductions are expected to be substantially complete by the end of 2026. The reorganization plan and strategic initiatives comprised of severance charges of $8.3 million that were included in Selling, General and Administrative in the Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements of Comprehensive Income during the three months ended March 31, 2026. The following unpaid balance as of March 31, 2026 was recorded to Accounts Payable and Accrued Liabilities on the Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets:
