| SUBSEQUENT EVENTS | SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Disposition of Self Storage Properties On April 22, 2026, the Company sold three self storage properties which were classified as held for sale as of March 31, 2026, to an unaffiliated third party for proceeds of approximately $5.7 million.
