| Performance Awards | Performance Awards The Company made awards, defined as cash, shares or other awards, to employees under the Amended and Restated Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. 2020 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Amended and Restated 2020 EIP”). Effective May 15, 2025, the stockholders of the Company approved the Amended and Restated 2020 Equity Incentive Plan. The following table summarizes performance awards granted in the form of cash awards under the equity incentive plans:
Unrecognized compensation expense was $1.6 million and $0.2 million as of March 31, 2026 and 2025, respectively.
