| Related Party Transactions | Related Party Transactions In each of the three month periods ended March 31, 2026 and March 31, 2025, the Company incurred expenses of $5 million to access the library of standards owned and maintained by UL Standards & Engagement. In each of the three month periods ended March 31, 2026 and March 31, 2025, the Company declared and paid regular cash dividends to stockholders of $18 million to UL Standards & Engagement.
