| Recent Accounting Pronouncements | Recent Accounting Pronouncements Public companies in the United States are subject to the accounting and reporting requirements of various authorities, including the Financial Accounting Standards Board (“FASB”) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). These authorities issue numerous pronouncements, most of which are not applicable to the Company’s current or reasonably foreseeable operating structure. In November 2024, the FASB issued ASU 2024-03, Income Statement - Reporting Comprehensive Income - Expense Disaggregation Disclosures (Subtopic 220-40): Disaggregation of Income Statement Expenses. This ASU requires public business entities to disclose, in the notes to financial statements, specific information about certain costs and expenses; namely, purchases of inventory, employee compensation, depreciation, intangible asset amortization and selling expenses. This ASU is effective for annual periods beginning after December 15, 2026, and interim periods beginning after December 15, 2027. Early adoption is permitted. The Company does not expect the adoption of this standard to have a material impact on the Company's financial position or results of operations and the Company is currently evaluating this standard to determine the impact of adoption on its disclosures.
