| Labor Union Contracts | Note 10—Labor Union Contracts As of March 31, 2026, approximately 38% of our employees were represented by the Communications Workers of America (CWA) or the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). None of our represented employees are subject to collective bargaining agreements that are scheduled to expire within the 12-month period ending March 31, 2027.
