| Nature of Business and Operations | Nature of Business and Operations Viemed Healthcare, Inc. (the "Company"), through its subsidiaries, is a provider of home medical equipment ("HME") and post-acute respiratory healthcare services in the United States, with a focus on respiratory, chronic care, and women’s health products and services. The Company’s primary service offerings are focused on effective in-home treatment with clinical practitioners providing therapy and counseling to patients in their homes using cutting edge technology. The Company serves patients in all 50 states of the United States. The Company was incorporated under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) on December 14, 2016.
