| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events At a special meeting of shareholders held on April 29, 2026, the Company’s shareholders approved the Merger Agreement and the transactions contemplated thereby. The Mergers are expected to close on or about May 6, 2026, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of all remaining closing conditions.
