| TREASURY STOCK | TREASURY STOCK As of March 31, 2026 and December 31, 2025, there were 14.4 million and 14.4 million shares of treasury stock outstanding with a cost of $687.1 million and $689.2 million, respectively, at a weighted average cost per share of $47.86 for both periods. On December 31, 2025, the Company’s share repurchase program expired. At the time of expiration, approximately $50.0 million remained available for repurchase. The Company did not adopt a new share repurchase program upon the expiration.
