| Related-Party Transactions | RELATED-PARTY TRANSACTIONS In accordance with ASC 850, Related-party Transactions, the Company has evaluated related-party relationships and transactions for the periods presented. There were no material related-party transactions during the three and nine months ended March 31, 2026, and no changes in related-party arrangements from those described in our Annual Report. As of March 31, 2026, there were no outstanding balances due to or from related parties.
