| Stock Compensation Plans | STOCK COMPENSATION PLANS The Company has various plans under which its officers, senior management, other key employees and directors may be granted equity-based awards. Equity awards outstanding under the plans include Restricted Stock Units (“RSUs”), Stock-Settled Appreciation Rights (“SSARs”) and Stock Options, and Performance Stock Units (“PSUs”). Liability-based awards outstanding under the plans are cash-settled RSUs. Stock-based compensation expense and related tax benefits were as follows:
As of March 31, 2026, there was approximately $58 million of total unrecognized compensation cost related to non-vested awards granted under the equity incentive plans.
