| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events On April 23, 2026, the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.01 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on June 30, 2026 to shareholders of record on June 8, 2026. On April 23, 2026, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on the Series A Preferred Shares. The dividend of up to $2.0 million will be payable in cash on June 30, 2026 to shareholders of record on June 15, 2026.
