| Stockholders' Equity | Stockholders’ Equity Common Stock Distributions to Stockholders The following table presents cash dividends declared by the Company’s board of directors on its common stock during the three months ended March 31, 2026, and 2025:
Share Repurchases On September 20, 2024, the Company announced that its board of directors had amended its share repurchase program to authorize the repurchase of an additional 3,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock, for a total cumulative share repurchase authorization of 12,000,000 shares of common stock, inclusive of amounts previously authorized. The Company’s share repurchase program has no expiration date. The shares are expected to be repurchased from time to time through privately negotiated transactions or open market transactions, including pursuant to a trading plan in accordance with Rules 10b5-1 and 10b-18 under the Exchange Act or by any combination of such methods. The manner, price, number and timing of share repurchases will be subject to a variety of factors, including market conditions and applicable SEC rules. During the three months ended March 31, 2026, under its share repurchase program, the Company repurchased 172,313 shares of its common stock for an aggregate cost, inclusive of commissions paid, of $0.3 million. As of March 31, 2026, there remained 2,464,148 shares authorized for repurchase under the Company’s share repurchase program.
