| Labor Union Contracts | Note 14—Labor Union Contracts As of March 31, 2026, approximately 16% of our employees were represented by the Communications Workers of America (CWA) or the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). Approximately 8% of our represented employees are subject to collective bargaining agreements that are scheduled to expire over the 12-month period ending March 31, 2027.
