| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events On April 30, 2026, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share as part of the Company's recurring quarterly dividend program initiated in December 2024. This dividend will be paid on June 4, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 14, 2026. The declaration and payment of future dividends is subject to the sole discretion of the Board of Directors.
