| Special Charges | Special Charges There were no special charges recorded during the three months ended March 31, 2026. During the three months ended March 31, 2025, we recorded special charges of $25.3 million related to targeted headcount reductions in each segment and region where we realigned our workforce with current business demand for our consulting services.
