Portfolio Turnover [Heading] Portfolio Turnover
Portfolio Turnover [Text Block]
The Fund pays transaction costs, such as commissions, when it buys and sells securities (or “turns over” the portfolio). A higher portfolio turnover rate may indicate higher transaction costs. These costs, which are not reflected in Annual Fund Operating Expenses or in the Example, affect the Fund’s performance. During the most recent fiscal year, the Fund’s portfolio turnover rate was 35% of the average value of its portfolio.

1 Other expenses include borrowing cost of 0.04% based on the outstanding borrowing and related costs as of the Fund’s most recent fiscal year end. The actual amount of borrowing costs borne by the Fund will vary over time based on the Fund’s use of borrowings and variations in market interest rates.
