Effective as of December 19, 2024, the AlloVir board of directors determined that Dr. Brainard would no longer serve as Chief Executive Officer of AlloVir. On March 18, 2025, in accordance with the terms of the Merger Agreement, effective as of the effective time of the Merger, Mr. Miller resigned as General Counsel and Secretary of AlloVir.
