| Insider Trading Policies and Procedures Not Adopted | As part of our insider trading policy, our officers, directors, employees and consultants are prohibited from engaging in short sales of our securities and our officers, directors and employees are prohibited from engaging in hedging transactions involving our securities. Our insider trading policy further prohibits officers, directors and employees from pledging securities as collateral for a loan unless pre-cleared by the compliance officer for the insider trading policy. A copy of the insider trading policy is filed as Exhibit 19.1 to our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. |
