New Facility Investment

On April 22, 2026, the Board of Directors of LG Display resolved to invest KRW 1.106 trillion in new OLED technology infrastructure. This investment is expected to enable the Company to respond to future market demand and customers' needs in a timely manner.

 

1) Objective : Enhancing technological competitiveness and strengthening basis for growth
through the advancement of OLED technologies

2) Investment amount : KRW 1,106,000,000,000

3) Investment Period : 2026.4.22. ~ 2028.6.30.

The start date of investment period above is based on resolved date of the Board of Directors,
and end date of investment period may subject to change depending on market conditions and
the investment progress.
In addition, the detailed matters necessary for the execution of this investment have been delegated to
