POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned officer or Director of Equitable Financial Life Insurance Company (the “Company”), a New York stock life insurance company, hereby constitutes and appoints Darin D. Smith, Kurt Meyers, Ralph A.
