Acquired long-term liability of $2.9 million consists of a restructuring debt settlement from the acquisition of Amiga. Approximately $0.5 million is current and included in other accrued expenses and the rest is categorized in long-term liability. The debt restructuring was entered into in 2021 for a nine-year term with five years remaining at December 31, 2025. Payments are due quarterly as a percentage of the remaining balance due.
