Common Stock
At February 28, 2026, the Company had authorized shares of common stock with a par value of $ per share, and shares of common stock outstanding.
Warrants
Each of the Company’s warrants outstanding entitles the holder to purchase one share of the Company’s common stock for each warrant share held.
