Note 8 – Major Customers and Concentration of Credit Risk

 

For the three months ended February 28, 2026 and 2025, one and two customers accounted for 100% and 100%, respectively, of the Company’s total revenues.

 

Financial instruments which potentially subject the Company to concentration of credit risk consist principally of cash and cash equivalents, accounts receivable, amounts due from related parties and advances to suppliers. For the three months ended February 28, 2026 and 2025, none of the Company’s revenue was credit sales.
