On April 2, 2026, Nano Nuclear Energy Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the formal submission of the Construction Permit Application by The Grainger College of Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, the Company’s partner for the KRONOS MMR™ deployment, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
