On March 31, 2026, SharonAI Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release discussing its 2025 fiscal year in review, and also certain key events subsequent to December 31, 2025. The Company has also prepared a Presentation Deck dated March 2026, that will be used in discussing the Company’s business with interested parties. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
