EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS	NOTE 17—EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS We have a 401(k) plan for our employees who meet certain service and age requirements. Participants may contribute up to 50% of their salaries limited to the maximum allowed by the Internal Revenue Service regulations. We, at our discretion, may contribute funds to the 401(k) plan. We made no contributions to the 401(k) plan during fiscal 2025, fiscal 2024 or fiscal 2023.

The entire disclosure for an entity's employee compensation and benefit plans, including, but not limited to, postemployment and postretirement benefit plans, defined benefit pension plans, defined contribution plans, non-qualified and supplemental benefit plans, deferred compensation, share-based compensation, life insurance, severance, health care, unemployment and other benefit plans.
