| PREMISES AND EQUIPMENT | PREMISES AND EQUIPMENT Premises and equipment, net, at December 31, 2025 and 2024, are summarized as follows:
Construction-in-progress consists of deposits made related to the construction of branch improvements and the purchase of furnishings and equipment. Depreciation and amortization of premises and equipment was $3.0 million and $3.1 million for the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively.
