We have a 401(k) plan whereby eligible employees who have completed at least one hour of service per month in three consecutive months of employment may enroll. Employees can elect to contribute up to 100% of their eligible compensation to the 401(k) plan subject to Internal Revenue Service’s limitations. As currently established, we are not required to make any contributions to the 401(k) plan. During the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024 we did accrue and fund our employees’ 401(k) accounts in 2025 and 2024 for matching contributions in the amount of $33,284 and $32,000, respectively. |
