Common Stock As of December 31, 2025 and 2024, the Company’s amended and restated certificate of incorporation authorized the Company to issue 490,000,000 shares of common stock at the par value of $0.0001 per share. Each share of common stock is entitled to one vote. The board of directors may declare and pay dividends to holders of common stock. The Company has never declared or paid any dividends on common stock.
