SEGMENTS, CUSTOMERS AND GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION

NOTE 13: - SEGMENTS, CUSTOMERS AND GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION

  a. The Company identifies its operating segments in accordance with ASC Topic No. 280, “Segment Reporting.” Operating segments are defined as components of an entity for which separate financial information is available and it is regularly reviewed by the chief operating decision maker (“CODM”) in making decisions regarding resource allocation and evaluating financial performance. The Company determined it operates in one reportable segment as the Company’s CODM is the Chief Executive Officer who makes operating decisions, assesses performance and allocates resources on a consolidated basis. There is no expense or asset information that are supplemental to those disclosed in these consolidated financial statements that are regularly provided to the CODM. The Company’s CODM uses consolidated net income to review actual results and decide where to allocate additional resources within the business to continue growth. Since the Company operates as one operating segment, financial segment information, including profit or loss and asset information, can be found in the consolidated financial statements.
