CONTINGENCY	13 - CONTINGENCY The Trust’s wholly-owned subsidiary, P&WV, is subject to various restrictions imposed by the Railroad Lease with NSC, including restrictions on share and debt issuance, including guarantees.

The entire disclosure for loss and gain contingencies.
