Earnings Per Share Net income per common share is calculated by dividing net income attributable to common shareholders by the weighted average number of common shares outstanding during the period. All classes of common stock are allocated net income at the same rate per share, excluding management fees and performance participation allocation, and receive the same gross distribution per share. For comparability purposes for periods prior to the closing of the Formation Transaction on January 2, 2025, the Predecessor’s shares are adjusted to reflect the retrospective impact of the completion of the Formation Transactions for the 27,307,734 shares NM Fund I distributed in kind to its existing partners.
