| Other Real Estate | Other Real Estate Other real estate owned consists of the following at the dates indicated:
During 2025, First Guaranty transferred $4.4 million of existing bank owned properties previously used as either operating branches or future branch development to other real estate owned. The properties are held for sale as of December 31, 2025. Loans secured by one-to-four family residential properties in the process of foreclosure totaled $1.8 million and $1.4 million as of December 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively.
