NOTE 13 - OPERATING LEASES

For the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024, total rent expense under leases amounted to $4,917 and $5,291. The rent expense pertains to rented office space for the corporate headquarters. The Company has elected not to recognize right-of-use assets and lease liabilities arising from short-term leases. The Company has no long-term lease obligations as of December 31, 2025.
